    D-Link announced more Covr Wi-Fi systems, two 802.11ax routers and new products for the connected home at CES 2018.

    It's probably going to be deja vu of 802.11n, lots of products will be based on draft versions because the marketing teams need them and once started everyone will jump in.

    D-Link DIR-2680 will be based on the Intel Home Wi-Fi Chipset, so that the Intel AnyWAN SoC is free up for software and security functions. Same chipset as PhicommK3c and Asus Blue Cave. Hopefully great firmware!
